Trenchless sewer repairis clearly a preferred method for both residential and commercial sewers. More and more people are discovering alternatives to digging up your lawn or tearing up driveways or any other obstacles that cannot be uprooted.
It is nice to have alternatives to the traditional methods of digging up your sewers. Trenchless pipe bursting is one of these alternatives. It uses a burst head that is pulled through an existing pipe and will literally "burst" it and pulls a new pipe in its place at the same time. Another, popular alternative is trenchless sewer pipe relining this also does not require digging up the yard. You typically can go through a clean out. First the pipe must be cleaned with a hydro jetter and then it must be sewer camera inspected. When the pipe is good and ready you shoot a liner down it and it is followed by a balloon that puts it in place and it is then cured in place where it hardens into a single continuous piece of pipe that will last a very long time and it does not allow roots to penetrate the new pipe.
To a lot of people repairing your sewer lines is a big deal as it requires much considerations, do I dig or not dig? We say NO DIG!
