Make sure you always find out if your potential customer can afford your services. Do not be afraid to ask how much they can afford and have they researched the industry in understanding the value of trenchless pipe relining. Do they understand the differences between trenching and trenchless?
Be prepared to show a financial plan or reasonable deposit and monthly payments that both parties can agree on. You must take in to consideration of your equipment costs and labor along with travel as well when you authorize a deposit for trenchless sewer reline repair. If your free and in the clear with the deposit then you will be collecting pure profit on any payment terms you agreed on.
Show them the costs associated if they choose not to buy your C.I.P.P. solution. At this point you should consider lowering your price to close on the spot as you are too busy for wasted time. If it means the difference of a couple of hundred dollars out of your pocket but you are able to get a signed contract - do that!
