Trenchless Sewer Pipe Relining

  Sewer Pipe Relining Technology

Trenchless Sewer Pipe Relining is a new method of repairing a sewer line without the need for costly and disruptive excavation. Sewer Pipe Relining is being used by cities and towns across America to repair aging and leaking underground sewer lines as it is much more cost effective and requires virtually no digging.

First the existing sewer line in thoroughly cleared and cleaned of roots, dirt, debris, and greases using a new technology called hydro jetting from one small access point.. This prepares the sewer line to accept a new liner. The new liner is made of a flexible PVC infused material and is completely seamless. The liner is cut to the proper length and saturated completely with enviromentally approved epoxy resin. Then the liner is blown into the existing sewer line using a special machine that uses air pressure. Once the new liner is in place, a bladder is inserted the full length of the new liner and inflated using high pressure hot steam. This effectively molds the new liner to the inside of the existing sewer line completely sealing all leaks, cracks, and voids and forming a brand new super strong "pipe within a pipe". The new pipe is now seamless and highly resistant to root infestation, cracking, and leaking and will last for decades.
