Short version: what you type into the estimate form goes to the contractor for your area and to the network that runs this site, and nowhere else.
What we collect
When you submit the estimate form we receive what you entered: your name, phone number, email address, city and the description of the problem, plus the page you submitted from. When you call a number shown on this site, the call is routed through a tracking line so the network can tell which page produced it; the number you called from and the duration are recorded, and calls may be recorded for quality and lead-verification purposes.
Like most sites, this one records standard server logs — IP address, browser, pages viewed and time of visit — and may use cookies or similar technology for analytics. It does not use that information to identify you personally.
How it is used
Form submissions and calls are passed to the contractor assigned to your territory so they can contact you about an estimate, and are kept by the network operator to confirm that leads are delivered and followed up. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
Spam and abuse screening
Submissions are screened automatically for spam, solicitation and automated traffic. Submissions from outside the service area or from data-center addresses may be dropped without delivery.
Third parties
Pages may embed video players or analytics services that set their own cookies under their own policies. Contractors who receive your request are independent businesses responsible for their own handling of it.
Your choices
You can ask to have your submitted information deleted, or to have call recordings removed, through the contact form. Include the phone number or email address you used so the record can be found.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the site changes; the version on this page is the one in effect.
